The research examines the relationships between eschatological beliefs and political engagement in Brazilian Pentecostalism. The main focus of this investigation will be the recent popularization of triumphalist discourses among ecclesiastical leaders and politicians associated with Pentecostal churches. By examining the case of Brazilian Pentecostalism, the objective is to explore the multifaceted aspects and dynamics between beliefs and practices within religious experiences, and how eschatological beliefs are deeply intertwined with the contextual factors that shape their formulation and interpretation.
