Antonello De Oto

Antonello De Oto  is Full Professor at the University of Bologna, where he teaches Religious and Intercultural Law, Cultural Heritage Law, and Protection of Religious Cultural Heritage. His work focuses on the intersection of law, culture, and religion. He holds a Law degree from Bologna and a PhD in Ecclesiastical and Canon Law from the University of Perugia. He has conducted research on religious assistance in segregating institutions and received advanced training in administrative justice. He is a member of ADEC, DiReSom, and the International Institute of Humanitarian Law. He also serves as Policy Advisor at the IRCCS Institute of Neurological Sciences and the Flaminia Foundation. Former chairman of ASGI, he is active in legal studies on migration and part of the editorial board of Il Nuovo Diritto.
