This research project investigates the evolving relationship between state authority and religious pluralism in Syria following the collapse of the Assad regime. The study focuses on the constitutional drafting process initiated by the transitional government in 2024, analyzing how new legal frameworks attempt to reconcile Islamic heritage with the protection of religious minorities.
