

Giorgio Del Zanna is Associate Professor of Contemporary History and Culture and Civilization of Turkey at the Catholic University of Milan. His research interests focus on the history of the Christians communities in the Ottoman Empire and modern Turkey, the history of the contemporary Catholic Church and the relationship between religions and globalization.
